First, we’ like to thank Jim Tullo, Deputy Director of the Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency, for speaking at this month’s meeting. It was very informative, especially considering the huge economic impact the new sewer district in our area will have.

We’d also like to thank Chamber member Zackary Will of Paychex for giving us a great presentation on his company’s services. We encourage all members to give a 10 minute presentation of their business so we can all learn more about you. If you’re interested in being a speaker just let us know.

No May or June Meetings

Please be advised that there will be no general meetings in May or June because we have other events in both of those months.

And because there are typically no July or August meetings, we won’t be having another general Chamber meeting until September.

On May 9th we will have our annual dinner, this year honoring Bill Guiducci of Empire Bank. If you are interested in taking a journal ad, becoming a sponsor, or attending the dinner please do so as soon as possible.

On June 12th we will be taking part in a joint networking breakfast meeting with the Bellport, Patchogue, and Greater Gordon Heights Chambers. Information about this event will be available soon.
