2016-halloween-partyA FREE Halloween Party for children 10 and under. There will be activities, costume contests, snacks, and a lot of fun!

The event is limited to the first 150 children. Tickets may be obtained at the Children’s Desk at the Community Library. Each child must have a ticket to attend and must be accompanied by an adult.
